Haynes 230 Sheet and Plate is a nickel-chromium-tungsten alloy known for exceptional high thermal strength, oxidation resistance and thermal stability Its composition is approximately 57% nickel, 22% chromium, 14% tungsten, 2 % molybdenum , and trace elements such as manganese, iron and silicon. The alloy provides 655 MPa tensile strength, 310 MPa yield strength and 45% elongation at room temperature. Its resistance to creep and oxidation makes it ideal for aerospace, gas turbine and chemical industries. It provides mechanical uniformity up to 1150°C, ensuring reliability under extreme conditions.
